Here are the steps to configure Outlook 97 :
- Launch Outlook 97.
- From the main window, click on Tools >> Services .
- You should see a dialog box displayed as shown. Click on the Services tab and choose the Outlook Address Book option, then click the Add button. Choose the Internet E-mail. Press OK .
- A new dialog box will appear to prompt you for your name and email configuration details. Pick the General tab, and type in the details to your mail account with the example below using your own email settings.
- Now switch to the Servers tab and key in your server information as "mail.domain.com" where "domain" is the name of your chosen domain name.
Fill out the boxes, click OK, and you're done.
